OUR STRATEGY

In 2025, the Nunawading Kangas Committee surveyed its members to help shape the future direction of the club and developing a 5-year strategic plan. The 2026-2030 Strategic Plan helps prioritise new initiatives and ensures we are delivering on our long-term vision as well as short-term mission for our members.
